'Can Do' Attitude A Vital Life Skill
Everyone desires to feel good about self and yearn for others to hold great thoughts of them.
Unfortunately, this is not always how things will be. This is where honesty in self-assessment comes into play, you have to be candid with yourself.
Evidently, 'You' are in the best position to be supportive of you because you know the essence of who and what you are. You should therefore purposefully engage in the process of self-encouragement.
Focus on how you can eliminate all the debilitating negatives and start to build up a reservoir of positive self-encouraging words.
Aspire to truthfully evaluate how hard you work, how well you do, how many things you are successful at. You are the only one who knows how much you care and that you did your best.
Resolve to not rob 'You' of the joy of celebrating all of your fine inner qualities, best traits or good points. Celebrate the achievements which are rightfully yours, and relinquish any feelings of being unworthy.
Simply put such feelings will diminish your self-confidence.
Begin the journey towards enhancing your self-worth and self-confidence. Choose to validate your self-worth with self-talk of the constructive kind.
Applaud yourself for all your fine qualities and give yourself kudos for the things that are natural to you.
Uncompromisingly nurture your own self-encouragement, think and feel better about yourself. Keep growing, begin to say the right affirmative words through your self-talk and be more supportive of 'You'.
