Such utterances do not build you up, instead little by little they eat away at your self-image and your confidence. It’s wise to, stop criticizing yourself, stop comparing, halt the negative chatter it will simply defeat your construction of a positive body image.

Appreciate ‘You’: You have to celebrate, love and accept your body for what it is. As it happens great bodies comes in different sizes, looks, colours, heights, weights and shapes, so embrace your body type.

Be thankful that you have a healthy, strong, functional body. Having a healthy body is a powerful feature that can enhance your body image.

Love yourself for the person you are, how you look and what’s inside of you. Your body will go through several changes throughout your lifetime and you’ll need to learn to appreciate and accept it’s changed along the way.
